To order a repeat prescription
- Use the NHS Wales App
- Phone us between 9:30am and 5:30pm.
- Use the repeat ordering slip on your previous prescription. Leave it at the surgery in the black box outside or post it to us.
If you are a dispensing patient your prescription will be ready for collection 2 working days after your order has been received. Only order a repeat prescription if you have less than 7 days of medication remaining.

Dispensary
Middle Lane Surgery is a dispensing practice. This means that some patients can collect their medicines from the surgery.
We are able to dispense medication to patients living more than one mile from a pharmacy. Please ask and we can let you know whether or not we can provide you with this service. Our Dispensary Manager would be more than happy to assist you with any queries that you may have.
Medication reviews
We have a duty to review your health and medicines regularly. We will let you know if you need to make an appointment for a medication review with either our practice nurses or your doctor.
If you need urgent advice about your medication outside our surgery hours, please call NHS 111.
