We attempt to provide the highest possible level of professionalism in the care and treatment of patients and endeavour to achieve this at all times. However, we appreciate things can sometimes go wrong and you may feel disappointed or aggrieved with some aspect of your care. This practice follows the recognised complaints procedure. If you wish to make a complaint please contact the Practice Manager who will deal with your concerns in confidence.

Zero Tolerance of Violent or Abusive Behaviour

Equally, we expect our patients to treat staff with respect and operate a zero tolerance policy to violent or abusive patients.

Appointments

Appointments can be arranged by phoning the surgery. We will endeavour to give you an appointment with the doctor of your choice. We ask you to let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment. During the day,  we may see emergencies in the surgery.

Out-of-Hours Cover

For any urgent or emergency calls outside of normal surgery hours, please telephone the Out-of-Hours Service on 0844 811 8181.

Home Visits

The doctors are happy to visit patients who are confined to the house, or are too ill to attend the surgery. Please phone between the hours of 8.00am and 12.00 noon to enable the doctors to plan their working day.
